CJFit ("we", "our", "us") is run by Conor McGinley, a sole-trader personal trainer based in Glasgow, UK. This page explains what personal information we collect through the enquiry form on cjfit.co.uk, why, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect:

We do not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics that profile you. We do not collect anything in the background — only what you type into the form.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, understand whether we're a good fit, and follow up if you decide to start training. The legal basis is your consent (you submit the form voluntarily) and our legitimate interest in operating the business.

Who has access to it

Your details are sent to two third parties so the enquiry can reach Conor's inbox:

We never sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing. Your enquiry stays between you and Conor.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to coaching are deleted from Conor's inbox within 12 months. Once you become a client, your contact details are retained for as long as you train with CJFit, plus up to 6 years after the relationship ends to meet UK tax record-keeping requirements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

How to contact us
